I’m sure that you noticed that change in blog name and url.  That’s okay.  See, “Obscurity and a Competence” doesn’t roll off of the tongue very well.  Whirling Nerdish, while less pretentious and literary, is at least easier to remember.  Slightly catchier.  Also, it’s shorter to type for a url.

It has been a while since I posted last, but do not fret.  More posts are coming soon.  Specifically, this blog is probably going to start updating in the summers.  Consider it like seasons of a TV show.  Due to the nature of my job, summers work best for updates–it’s sort of my down time, as it were.  I will be back soon with new content and a few new ideas I’ve been kicking around, so just keep biding your time.  A new post will go up probably in May.  Just keep yourself on your toes until then.
